Spa W is dedicated to your complete and total relaxation and indulgence. As a courtesy to all our guests we respectfully request that you observe the following:

No children, cell phones or other distractions. This is your time, enjoy it!

If your appointment includes a massage or facial, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and change into a robe. This will ensure that your provider has the optimal amount of time to pamper you at your appointment.

If you must cancel an appointment, we require 24-hour notice or we charge 100% of the services scheduled. All spa services and packages require a credit card to hold a reservation.
