In being the Owner and Director of Spa W, Rebecca Yeomans is fulfilling one of her lifelong dreams. Rebecca earned a Business Degree in Hospitality Administration, with an emphasis on Spa Management, and is energized by every opportunity to improve the business she loves. Attending industry conferences, staying current on |
cultural trends and ensuring exceptional spa experiences is Rebecca's joy.
As a leader she continually looks for ways to demonstrate this commitment, and is excited about each of the Spa team members' pursuit of excellence. "I'm proud of the shared passion for team culture and community here at Spa W. The result is a warm and caring environment that increases the benefits of all of our spa services."
Rebecca moved to Bend in 2005, from Atlanta, Georgia. "Having come from a big city, I love the small, family friendly town of Bend. I love my 5 minute commute and the fact that my children can walk/bike to school. I am fortunate to be able to raise my family in this beautiful town."
Balancing a career, motherhood and an active life keeps Rebecca on the go. It's no surprise that her ideal weekend is described as being a staycation. "I love exploring Central Oregon with my family, whether camping, snowshoeing or doing something outdoors with them." Additional hobbies include cross country skiing, swimming, running & cycling. Always goal-oriented, Rebecca is currently training for the Happy Girls Half.
At the spa, you'll often find Rebecca multitasking with enviable grace. It's all in a day's work and a life's dream.

 Bethani Lane

A licensed esthetician since 2006, Bethani has been with us for three years and takes pride in co-creating a beautiful, professional spa with her other team members at Spa W.
Bethani returned to Bend in 2005 after living in Buffalo, NY for four years. A mother of two wonderful kids, Bethani loves family life and is energized by all |
of the opportunities to wakeboard, camp and spend time enjoying family life and friendships. In the summer months, you will find Bethani enjoying Cultus Lake, one of her favorite local areas.
Ask her about her favorite treatment and Bethani will tell you that it is currently the Triple Effects Peel Facial. She loves the combination of the glycolic and salicylic acid peels, leaving the skin smooth and bright. Her passion for being an esthetician is readily apparent, as is her commitment to excellent service! |

 Amber Lewis

Known for her kindness, curiosity and joie de vivre, Amber Lewis is a licensed esthetician that has been with the spa since early 2011.
With a personal and professional demeanor, Amber loves providing Spa W facial treatments because they provide great opportunities to connect with clients. She is energized by working with and for people |
from all walks of life is and it shows! As Amber states, "I love to see my clients leave the Spa knowing that they feel more rejuvenated and relaxed then they did coming in."
A proud Central Oregon native, Amber has lived in and outside of the state for several years. Hiking, exploring, and spending time at the lake with family and friends are her favorite past times.
Amber's passion for service is reflected in her ongoing pursuit of staying current on the latest cosmetic procedures. She's also a big advocate of giving back to the Central Oregon community and takes pleasure in sharing this commitment
with Spa W.

Kat Steen

Kathy Steen, known by her clients as "Kat" grew up on a large horse ranch in the small town of southern California called Vista. Her passions included fine arts, horseback riding and the ocean.
Coming from a small town, the draw to Bend was no surprise. However, the harsh dry weather was! |
Having sensitive skin her self, Kat was naturally drawn to aesthetics and began her journey to good skin health.
Kat treats all skin types and has a particular interest in sensitive skin. She provides a wide range of aesthetic services and is certified in both chemical peels and microdermabrasion.
With a career that began as a medical aesthetician, Kat has a complete understanding of the complexities of each individual skin type and is devoted to helping educate her clientele and servicing their skin care needs in both "in spa" treatments and at home as they progress in their skin health.
Kat believes good skin comes from the inside out! She is passionate about helping you find the skin you have always dreamed of and takes great pride in doing so.

 Christy Cloninger

Christy moved to Bend from Vancouver, Washington to be closer to snowboarding opportunities at Mt. Bachelor. She graduated from COCC in 2001 and has been with Spa W for more than eight years.
Some of her favorite activities include spending time with her two children, gardening in the summer |
months and getting up to the mountains to play in the snow during the winter.
Christy's knowledge and enthusiasm is evident in her demeanor as is her ongoing commitment to providing a therapeutic and relaxing massage. Hot stone therapy and deep tissue massage are two of her recommended services.
She has a wonderful calm about her and we all appreciate her warmth and professionalism. Thank you Christy for being a great member of the Spa W team!

 Sherry Dodd

Sherry is a native Central Oregonian. She loves living close to her family and enjoys outdoor activities including snowboarding, traveling, and biking.
Sherry always knew that she would be in a profession of helping people and after much thought decided on massage therapy. She graduated from Ashmead |
College in 2006 with an emphasis on Sports Therapy. This specialty has enabled Sherry to be more in tune with the body and its functions.
After beginning her career as a Massage Therapist in a Portland spa, Sherry joined the team at Spa W in November of 2006. We are so happy to have her! |

Kael LeGuyonne

If you’re a local, we’re guessing that you recognize Kael LeGuyonne as a man of many talents. In addition to a providing therapeutic massage for the past four years, he also co-owns a musical theater company with his wife Tifany. Cat Call Productions has successfully brought a handful of professional performances to Bend’s historic Tower Theatre. |
Kael enjoys providing the spectrum of massage from rhythmic Swedish to focused deep tissue. As he puts it, "the perfect spot on that continuum is different for every person and it is my approach to try and provide that balance for every guest in a comfortable, quiet space."
After growing up in Bend only a few blocks away from the Spa, Kael makes time to enjoy traveling, hiking, biking and cross-country skiing with this wife Tifany. Combining studies with travel has added depth to Kael's trips. For example, he received Thai Massage training in Chiang Mai, where he spent 75 hours focused on the discipline.

Gina Ortega

Massage Therapist Gina Ortega has been practicing for nine years. While her gentle nature and calm demeanor is evident in every treatment, Gina strives to customize her treatments to align with the needs and desires of each spa guest with whom she works.

 Sharlene Reed

A Licensed Massage Therapist since June of 2010, Sharlene is a graduate from the Central Oregon Community College Advanced Massage Program.
Sharlene worked in medical offices for over 15 years before pursuing and discovering her true passion in Massage Therapy. |
Her life experiences have given her a strong commitment to facilitating restorative experiences and better health for her clients.
Hot Stone Massage is one of Sharlene's favorite treatments, stating the unique flow, warmth and feel of the stones for clients, aids in a deeper relaxing experience. Having thoroughly enjoyed her own two pregnancies & early childhood of her two sons, she is also passionate about Prenatal & Postpartum massage.
One of Sharlene's favorite activities outside of the spa is discovering new waterfalls (especially along the Columbia River) to hike and explore. Sharlene enjoys an active life as mother to two young men and marriage of 25 years.
At the Spa, Sharlene's compassionate nature shines through in all of her
treatments: "Providing the overall experience of rejuvenation that allows people to more fully enjoy their lives is my sincerest mission and joy at Spa W."

 Carrie Shaver

Carrie has been practicing massage for twelve years after receiving her license in Tennessee. She moved to Bend five years ago and has been with us at the Spa since 2007.
Staying fit comes naturally to Carrie, a lifelong athlete whose hobbies include running, hiking with her dogs |
| and lifting weights. A continued focus on athleticism extends to the clients Carrie serves with sports-related injuries and issues. Carrie finds great joy in assisting everyone seeking to sustain a physically active life. With positive energy and a warm spirit, we're so grateful to have Carrie as part of our Spa W team! |

 Mary Williams |

Mary earned her licensure in Hawaii in 2006. She relocated to Bend in 2008 and has been at Spa W for nearly three years.
Certified in yoga, Mary's hobbies also include running and spending time with her husband and son. 2011 has been a very busy year for Mary. |
She recently completed not one but TWO Marathons: Three Sisters and Eugene!
Hot Stone Therapy and Thai Massage are two of the spa services that Mary specializes in. Helping people address and correct postural imbalances is one of the many facets of massage that Mary enjoys. We appreciate Mary's thoughtful approach and dedication to wellness. |

Originally hailing from San Lorenzo, California, Patricia has been in Bend since 2002.
Patricia received her licensure as a Nail Technician 7 years ago, she joined the Spa W team right out of school and has been with us ever since.
Always passionate about keeping up the latest trends,

Patricia's latest rave is Shellac. She has been experimenting with their different colors and styles, and has the nails to prove it.
In her free time, Patricia enjoys hiking, mountain biking, taking Jazzercize classes and working out. Being active in the Bend community energizes Patricia.

With over nine years experience, Nail Technician Jinny Mills loves what she does.
Born and raised in Bend herself, Jinny adores raising her daughter in Central Oregon. Motherhood is Jinny's top priority. She loves all of the memories brought to life by her daughter now aged seven. |
In her free time, Jinny can be found enjoying water sports, camping, snowboarding, hiking, and expanding her culinary repertoire by trying new recipes.
At the Spa, we enjoy Jinny's sweet nature and devotion to making her clients feel extra special. We admire Jinny's passion for adding a little polish to each day. |

A licensed Nail Technician since 2008, Alicia Payne has been with the Spa since July 2011. She delights in giving the best service possible, making spa visits peaceful and relaxing for everyone.
A recent Bend transplant, Alicia loves hiking, snowshoeing and otherwise enjoying life, spending time |
| with her husband and their dogs. Currently, Alicia is a big fan of the Hot Toddy Pedicure because it smells wonderful and is very hydrating, always a plus in our High Desert climate. |

Hailey received her licensure in 2007 and has been with us at Spa W for two years.
A Bend native, Hailey enjoys traveling. Especially when it involves going to see live music. She keeps her finger on the pulse of the local music scene too, ask her about |
some of her favorites and she'll tell you who is who and what is what.
Singing, painting and crafting are a few of Hailey's favorite hobbies. Here at the Spa, her creativity is also expressed through new service offerings to delight our clients. We love her innovative spirit and service-oriented approach! |

Kristin Scalgione has been with Spa W for nearly four years. A long-time resident, Kristin has called Bend home since 1992. Locals may remember her downtown store Light of Venus as one of their favorites.
She has since embraced motherhood and family life enjoying time spent with her husband and |
two children, ages 5 and 2. Snowboarding, hiking, biking, swimming and camping are some of her favorite activities while away from the Spa.
Attentiveness and a gentle approach to pampering clients have helped Kristin build a strong following. We are grateful for her relaxed and friendly manner day in and day out. Thanks Kristin! |

Carli Smythe |

Creative and energetic, Carli Smythe, has one of those contagious front desk smiles. She's dedicated to providing excellent service to all of our clients, whether they're checking in, receiving services, and/or enjoying our relaxation & steam room.
After growing up in Bend, Carli has lived an adventurous |
life, recently returned from seven years away in Colorado and New York City. According to Carli, "In the end there's no place like Bend."
Outside of the spa, you might find Carli running when the weather is nice or playing indoor soccer with family and friends. A lifelong learner, Carli is also enrolled in courses COCC and OSU.
Carli takes pride in extending the passion that all of our practitioners bring to their craft for a spa experience that is thoroughly delightful. After spending spa days on her feet, Carli loves scheduling in time with the nail technicians for a pedicure. Currently, her favorite pedicure service is the Hot Toddy, she's one of the first to experiment with all of our latest pedicure specials. |
